We are committed to creating high-quality, whimsical, and colorful products that bring joy and comfort to our customers.About the JobWe are searching for a Design Coordinator who will support the Production & Development and Design teams. This is an integral role in the department, coordinating & supporting many aspects of product development, design, and production.Responsibilities and Tasks Will IncludeSupport in the implementation of T&A Calendar- work with design team and vendors to ensure samples arrive on time.Maintain WIP report.Manage and maintain samples, receiving, organizing, and maintaining all product samples. Track all incoming and outgoing packages.Manage product development, pre-production, and TOP comments, and ensure samples are received on a timely basisWork with vendors to advise labeling and packaging.Ensure design accuracy through proactive communication with international factories.Manage approval of trims, strike-offs, and submissions.Assist in fittings, support technical designer as needed to review and measure incoming samples, prepare fitting notes to submit to vendors.Generate style numbers, create files for tech packs for new styles for design and technical designers to use.Update tech packs for existing and new styles as needed.Work with vendors to get accurate product specs for buying and web copy.Shipping and receiving of product development and sample packages.Maintain internal library of products, swatches and trims.Facilitate and organize pd, production, and design meeting prep.Assist with international travel arrangements.

Assist with vendor meeting arrangements.Manage and maintain design and production office needs including supplies & samples.Organize samples for proto-review meetings and finalization meetings.Conduct market research to stay on top of market trends.Analyze data from returns/exchange software and provide insights to improve designs.Take part in photoshoots and steam, organize, and prepare samples.Support design team with file cleanup, printing, and some light CAD work (training will be provided).How to ApplyIf you are a highly organized and detail-oriented design professional with a passion for fashion, we invite you to apply and join our team at Printfresh!
