The ideal candidate will have a strong background in illustration and design, with a specific focus on t-shirt design. They will be passionate about creating original designs that resonate with our target audience and reflect the unique Printfresh aesthetic. This position is freelance (1099/invoiced) and can be fully remote.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign original t-shirt graphics that align with the Printfresh brand, focusing on creativity, uniqueness, and market trends.Develop and execute design concepts from initial idea to final product, ensuring all designs are on-brand and meet production standards.Collaborate closely with the creative team to ensure designs are cohesive with our overall brand vision and seasonal themes.Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, particularly in the fashion and t-shirt design space, and incorporate these trends into your work as needed.Prepare and deliver final design files that are ready for production, ensuring all technical specifications are met.Provide input and ideas for new product lines and design concepts that will appeal to our customers.How to ApplyIf you are a creative and skilled designer with a passion for t-shirt design, we would love to hear from you! Must have wide variety of illustrations and tshirt graphics to be considered for this position.Graphic Design Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) and other relevant design software.Creativity: A passion for creating unique, eye-catching designs that stand out in the market.Trend Awareness: Strong understanding of current graphic and fashion trends, especially in the t-shirt and apparel industry.Attention to Detail: Ability to ensure all designs are accurate, production-ready, and meet high-quality standards.Communication Skills: Strong ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with the design team.Experience: Previous experience in t-shirt design or a related field is preferred.
