Craft and implement detailed social media plans for various retail brands, ensuring alignment with their respective brand goals and overarching company objectives to boost market share.

Work in tandem with SBU category teams to maintain a uniform message and visual style across all social platforms.

Oversee the operation of social media platforms, encompassing content generation, scheduling, community oversight, and user interaction.

Keep track of social media developments, evaluate engagement data, and derive insights to shape future tactics and promote ongoing enhancement.

Forge connections with influencers, thought leaders, and brand advocates to expand our presence and strengthen brand trust.

Administer and fulfill a content timetable for each brand, guaranteeing uniformity across all channels.

Interact with our community by promptly and professionally addressing comments, direct messages, and critiques.

Supervise digital widgets related to social user-generated content and review features, and strategize to refine the user experience.

Act as the go-to authority on social media matters and provide guidance to peers on effective channel strategies.

Utilize social media monitoring tools to keep up with current trends and communicate pertinent findings to the company.

Collaborate closely with the corporate communications department to craft and promote integrated marketing initiatives, highlighting these efforts at live events.

Initiate and manage a social media advocacy program for employees, transforming our staff into brand promoters.

Coordinate with product development, consumer insights, and marketing divisions to integrate community input.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience managing social media for a brand.

2+ years of experience in consumer-packaged goods

Proven ability to use social media platforms and analytics tools.

Demonstrated expertise in copywriting and content creation skills, with a meticulous eye for detail.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to analyze data and provide evidence-based recommendations.

Experience with securing cross-functional alignment and implementing process improvement.
