Position Overview:We are looking for a skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to lead and optimize marketing efforts, ensuring operational excellence across various channels. This role is essential in managing the marketing department’s processes and technology, leading a diverse team, and driving strategic initiatives to enhance lead generation and customer acquisition.Key Responsibilities:Campaign Management & Optimization:Oversee and optimize marketing campaigns to align with strategic goals and achieve maximum ROI.Manage a substantial marketing budget, ensuring effective resource allocation and performance tracking.

Team Leadership & Project Management:Lead and develop a dynamic marketing team, overseeing projects from inception to execution.Ensure smooth execution of campaigns and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.

Operational Excellence:Oversee and refine marketing operational processes, including lead attribution and information flow.Build and implement frameworks to support scalability and enhance team efficiency.

Strategic Initiative Management:Lead strategic marketing initiatives from development through execution, collaborating with senior leadership.Support decision-making and program management to drive business growth.

Process Improvement & Reporting:Continuously review and improve marketing processes and procedures.Monitor partner performance and communicate insights to leadership.

Cross-functional Collaboration:Collaborate with key stakeholders across various departments to streamline projects and ensure consistent operations.Work with external vendors to support effective business operations.

Lead Attribution & Tracking:Develop and maintain systems for accurate lead tracking and reporting.Ensure seamless information flow from lead generation to conversion.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:Manage the execution of marketing strategies across multiple channels.Focus on lead generation and customer acquisition.Oversee the deployment of digital content campaigns.

Must-Have Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Significant experience in marketing operations, with a focus on:

Lead generation and managementEmail marketing campaignsCRM and digital demand generation

Proven experience in leading and developing a marketing team.Strong background in digital analytics and marketing platforms.Experience in direct-to-consumer (D2C) marketing.Experience in the construction or retail industry.
