- Join the Bald Head Blues Team@baldheadblues on IGJob Overview:We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic / Apparel Designer with a passion for Men's Golf and Resort fashion to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of garment construction and styling, and will be responsible for designing, producing, and merchandising apparel products on our website. As a Lead Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating our seasonal Lookbook Catalog, designing PDF promotions, implementing daily/weekly e-blasts, and working closely with the company CEO on marketing campaigns. This role requires a combination of design expertise, technical skills, and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Duties:Design & Development: Assist in the design and development of apparel products, creating sketches and designs using Adobe Creative Suite.Customer Mockups: Create customer mockups with their logos on our products, ensuring designs meet client specifications.Illustration: Use Adobe Illustrator to create detailed illustrations of apparel products for marketing and sales purposes.Shopify Knowledge: Utilize Shopify for managing product listings, collections, and other related tasks.Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the CEO to develop and execute marketing campaigns.E-Blasts: Set up and manage daily/weekly e-blasts using Klayvio software to engage with our customer base.Trim Sheets: Create trim sheets for embroidery and other embellishments as needed.UPC Codes: Generate UPC codes for new products and ensure accurate tracking.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field preferred.Experience: Strong knowledge of garment construction, fashion styling, and color theory.Software Proficiency: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Illustrator, with experience using Shopify and Klayvio software.Skills: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with various teams and stakeholders.Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.Skills:Garment Construction: Proven experience with garment construction and design, including understanding of fashion design and styling principles.Adobe Creative Suite: Advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator and other design software.Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines effectively.Benefits:Competitive salaryHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) plan with company matchPaid time off and holidaysOpportunities for professional development and growthInterested candidates should submit their resume, cover letter, and a portfolio of relevant work to claude@ with the subject line Graphic / Apparel Designer Application - [Your Name].
