Job Summary

This position is responsible for the creation and coordination of new graphics in order to support the execution of various marketing campaign activities. The position allows you to showcase your graphic design skills and your creative side as a key member of the marketing team.

Principal Accountabilities:Create new graphics and design elements for use in marketing campaignsCreate new Ads (both print and Google ads) and ensure proper messaging and sizingCollaborate with the tradeshow leads in creating new large-scale tradeshow graphics, as well as refreshing existing onesImprove the imagery of key PowerPoint slides used by the company worldwideEnsures all new graphics are aligned with our brand guidelinesLead brainstorming efforts to provide several creative options for marketingBasic Qualifications:

BA/BS Degree in Graphic Design or related field of studyWork experience of 3+ years in a Graphic Design related positionWell versed in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesignStrong communication skillsStrong proficiency with PowerpointTop Candidates Have:

Well-crafted online portfolioAdvanced knowledge of current design tools and softwareStrong foundation of graphic design principles (color, typography, layout, etc.)Preferred experience in a marketing related environment

Summary Pay Range:$87,456.00 - $131,184.00

Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
