Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager
to join us based ideally in a hybrid role in Tennessee. With a combination of work from home and out of our offices in downtown Nashville. This full-time role will report into the Country Manager, US and may possibly include shifts on weekends and evenings, aligning with the NFL schedule and sports seasonal calendar.What you'll do as a Senior Affiliate Marketing ManagerYou'll be at the center of the day-to-day affiliate revenue for the US business. Working collaboratively to optimize our affiliate channels, working to ensure the business is capitalizing on key moments in the sports and casino calendar and working collaboratively with our commercial team to build relationships with iGaming and Daily Fantasy operators.This role is perfect for anyone who has a strong passion and clear understanding of online gaming, as well as a detailed knowledge of marketing and affiliate businesses. From pursuing new conversion channels to building new traffic funnels, you will need to be a versatile individual who can manage their workload as necessary.Key responsibilities:Utilize Content Management Systems (CMS) to efficiently create and manage content.Analyze and optimize written affiliate content using SEO techniques to enhance performance.Collaborate with the content manager and SEO team to enhance content performance.Work closely with our commercial and marketing operations team to ensure the proper utilization of the latest offers in all content.Stay updated on affiliate betting trends to generate content ideas for our schedule.Provide ideas for content plans and strategies to maximize affiliate content performance.Ensure all partner sites receive tailored plans for promotional content and report these plans to respective teams.Deliver out-of-hours commercial content when required to support the business.Proactively identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities by building new partnerships and optimizing existing ones.Reporting performance results.Influencing the business approach to North American markets (both new and existing), departmental projects and objectives through pro-active involvement.Ensuring offer optimization for greatest customer engagement.Offering local insights to improve FairPlay Sports Media products and offerings.Supporting asset creation to align with our brand guidelines that drive performance.Representing the business externally at key events/partner meetings.Your Skillset:5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, experience with Sports Betting affiliate is a plus2+ years of managing direct report(s)Previous experience and understanding of SEOAbility to work cross-functionally with team members based globallyProven track record of being able to negotiate, manage and build relationships with partnersAbility to bring new ideas and present them in an efficient, concise mannerDesire to work in a start-up environment with plans to disrupt the traditional affiliate modelAttention to detail and adherence to deadlinesNatural relationship builder with integrity, reliability and maturityExcellent time and project management skills.
