We're seeking a dynamic Content Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing Department at Idea Financial and its sister company LevelEsq. This role is crucial in developing and maintaining our digital presence across various platforms, including blog content, social media channels, and email marketing campaigns.Key Responsibilities:Create engaging blog content that aligns with our brand voice and marketing objectivesManage and grow our social media presence on platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and XDevelop and execute content strategies to increase audience engagement, brand awareness, and growthPlan and maintain content calendars for blog, social media, and email marketingUtilize Pardot to create, manage, and optimize email marketing campaignsDevelop and implement email marketing strategies to nurture leads and engage customersDesign responsive email templates that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectivesContent management: creating content for email campaignsSegment email lists and personalize content to improve engagement ratesMonitor and analyze email campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvementCollaborate across departments to support organizational goals and campaignsCreate and curate multimedia content, including images, videos, and infographicsAnalyze performance metrics and provide regular reports on content and email effectivenessIdentify opportunities to enhance our digital presence and reach new audiencesQualifications:Proven experience in content creation, social media management, and email marketingExperience with marketing automation platforms, specifically Salesforce PardotExcellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt tone for different platformsProficiency in email marketing best practices, including deliverability, A/B testing, and campaign optimizationUnderstanding of CAN-SPAM and other email marketing regulationsExperience in creating and managing drip campaigns and nurture programsAbility to interpret email analytics and use data to drive decision-makingExperience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite) and design software (e.g., Canva)Video editing skills preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office suiteThe ideal candidate will bring creativity, initiative, and a data-driven approach to this role.
