Headquartered in Long Beach, CA, myKaarma is an end-to-end SaaS customer interaction and workflow platform for franchise automotive dealership service lanes and fixed operations departments. myKaarma's solution includes an integrated suite of scheduling, inspection, communication, and payment tools that drive efficiencies for dealer service lanes and improved experiences for vehicle owners.What is the Product Marketing Associate role?As a Product Marketing Associate, you will be working with our Product team to plan and execute the release of new product features in myKaarma. Your core responsibility will be creating content to effectively communicate these product changes to myKaarma Users and customer facing internal team members in our Support, Operations, and Training departments. You will be aiming to improve product adoption, utilization and satisfaction metrics while building our internal teams product knowledge and confidence. You will do this by leveraging our MPS management framework; employing principles such as Genchi Genbutsu (going to the source to find the facts), Kaizen (continuous improvement), and working backwards from customer needs to envision the ideal user experience. In this role, we will work with you to build your industry knowledge, product understanding ,and skillset with a goal of growing your career to become a myKaarma Product Marketing ManagerWhat will I do as a Product Marketing Associate?Collaborate in the Development of New Feature Rollout Strategies:

Work closely with Product Managers to develop feature launch strategiesThoroughly Communicate Feature Enhancements:

Create and publish supportive content to Increase product awareness (internally and externally), adoption, and utilization that is clear, concise, and drives users to interact with highly valuable parts of our applicationEnsure Rollout Strategy Completion:

Verify all other departments have implemented feature updates into their departmental documentation.Define and Track Rollout Strategy Success:

Work with Product to define what measurable success looks like and track our progress towards the goal.Fight for the BEST Customer Experience: Be the voice of the customer and always work to improve their day-to-day.Challenge the Status Quo:

Work to continuously improve our internal processes to better meet the needs of our customers (internally and externally)What qualifications do I need?Experience of 2+ years:

Preferably in a SaaS or tech-focused company.Education of Bachelor's degree or more:

Preferably Business or Design focusedExperience in Cross-Functional Team Leadership : Ability to collaborate across departments to align product, sales, and marketing strategies.Product Launch Experience : Experience in product launches within the SaaS or automotive fields, demonstrating ability to support bringing new solutions to market effectively.Excellent communication and presentation skills : Capable of effectively articulating design decisions and strategies to stakeholders at all levels.Analytical Acumen : Robust analytical skills to track campaign performance, interpret market data, and adjust marketing strategies based on measurable outcomes.Enthusiastically Curious: Ability to actively listen and ask questions to confirm your understanding and pose important questions.Automotive Industry Interest:

You will be expected to have OR quickly learn about automotive industry trends, structure, processes, and needs.Content Development Skills : Strong capability in creating relevant content such as case studies, white papers, and product sheets that drive engagement and sales.Technical Skills : Proficient in Google Suite and comfortable interacting with tools like Salesforce, Hubspot, Vitally, Mixmax, and Appcues.What is the Pittsburgh Office like?Sitting alongside our Product, Deployment, OEM Relations, Support, Sales, and Operations team members/leadership you'll have the opportunity to interact with a variety of stakeholders. Your contributions will be instrumental in refining processes and improving new systems and products to exceed user expectations.
