We are crafting the next generation of digital mobility management tools and looking for a Senior Product Designer who working side-by-side with Product Management, Engineering R&D, QA, Documentation, Support, Training, Solution Architecture, and Sales to build software products that solve user pain points and that work for the business. This is a full-time position at our corporate office inPittsburgh, PA(Robinson Township), reporting to the Director of Product Management and Design. Our ideal candidate has a strong portfolio that demonstrates strong, cutting-edge proficiency in visual and interaction design for complex digital products spanning desktop and web applications, mobile apps, and ecosystem design. You might be right for this role if: You're a critical thinker, willing to listen carefully, unafraid to ask probing questions, have a knack for attention to details and able to identify the end user needs and articulate to the technical team You thrive in a fast-paced environment, comfortable managing multiple initiatives, capable of consistently achieving results on time, to spec, within budget, able to prioritize and execute tasks under pressure You're always learning, seeking to expand your knowledge of the business, process, people, and technology You are consistent and process oriented, understanding that this approach is what sets up both you and your documentation up for success throughout the lifecycle of a product You love working in a team-oriented collaborative environment Position Responsibilities: Apply the understanding of business drivers and engage stakeholders for input and feedback for designing new Aires IT software solutions or enhance the existing ones, as applicable Collaborate with business and technical subject matter experts to understand the needs, obtain necessary sign offs and approvals, create high level product design specs. Communicate the business needs and technical solutions in a clear and unambiguous way to the stakeholders and teams Collaborate directly with internal and external stakeholders to identify and negotiate design priorities from initial conceptualization through implementation and launch. Create high-fidelity visual design mockups, style guides, design systems, software assets, and other related design documentation using exceptional form, color, composition, and typography. Drives a consistent approach to creating new/improving existing products and adoption and use of tools like the Aires Digital Design Language. Develop designs that effectively capture desires of user and the business while balancing technological realities and project constraints. Cre te informed use scenarios and develop detailed task flows, journey maps and/or storyboards. Conduct, process, and present design research. Acts as a subject matter expert, mentor, and leader in the product design space to actively contribute to problem solving and drive process improvement. Participate in and prepare for SAFe Agile ceremonies like, Iteration planning, Refinement, Program Increment Planning, Iteration/system demos, Retros, Inspect and Adapt sessions etc Lead the current design team, mentor to develop meaningful and competitive UI designs. Required Qualifications: Associate or bachelor's degree or professional certification or equivalent experience in UI Research, UI Design, Graphic design, human computer interaction (HCI).Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 4 years of UI design experience Minimum of 4 years of project management experience Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Confluence, Figma, Mural and other Visual Design tools Knowledge of SaaS software, including Web and Mobile interfaces, with understating of related software development life cycle tools, and process. Excellent communication - written and verbal - and the ability to modulate your communication appropriately for a broad range of audiences (senior leadership to software engineering teams) Has a customer-centric approach combined with a curiosity for technology, data-enabled decision making and fulfillment platform strategy Proven experience building trust and collaborating with cross-functional partners to achieve a common objective Proven track record to work autonomously while also taking ownership for actions and results Prior relocation industry experience is preferred Additional Qualifications: Excellent customer service and administrative skills Computer literacy with MS Office products, and ability to grasp proprietary software Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing tasks Ability to follow policies and procedures Can-do attitude Genuine desire to help others Team oriented mindset, with a strong sense of care and urgency Desire to embrace our core values: Client Focus, Results, Responsibility & Accountability, Collaboration and Innovation.
