This role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone with minimal experience looking to kickstart their career in marketing. The Marketing Coordinator will assist in the development, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring that our brand is effectively promoted to our target audience.
Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Support:
Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, content creation, and digital advertising.Social Media Management:
Help manage and grow the company's social media presence by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring analytics.Event Coordination:
Assist in organizing and promoting events, webinars, and trade shows, including logistics, registration, and post-event follow-up.Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and email marketing software.Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to ensure alignment and consistency across all marketing initiatives.Administrative Support:
Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, maintaining project timelines, and managing marketing databases.Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Strong written and verbal communication skills.Basic knowledge of marketing principles and digital marketing tools.Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.Benefits
