Our client, a big name in entertainment TV & streaming, is seeking a contract Assistant Marketing Manager with extensive brand partnership experience within the entertainment & media space. This position is full time hours and a hybrid role with an onsite presence in Los Angeles. You will support and/or lead efforts to procure and manage global and regional deals from ideation and negotiation to creative activation for an entertainment & streaming brand. Assist in partnership procurement, vetting, and activation for 60+ markets worldwide, encompassing various media and marketing channels.

Rate range: $30-35/hrResponsibilities:

Support and/or lead efforts to procure and manage global and regional deals from ideation and negotiation to creative activation.Assist in partnership procurement, vetting, and activation for 60+ markets worldwide, including TV, radio, retail packaging, point of sale, out-of-home, digital campaigns, social media activations, print, influencer programs, etc.Assist international territories in developing pitch strategies and materials, providing creative direction, feedback, and support as needed.Build and review creative timeline templates, acquire and review external partners' submission schedules, and track campaign deadlines from start to finish.Review creative submissions and acquire feedback/approvals from internal and external stakeholders.Collaborate with legal to ensure all partner and deal agreements, contracts, and NDAs are in order.Ensure all external partner creative submissions are saved, organized, and updated within departmental databases.Coordinate and conduct weekly update calls with select partners to ensure deadlines are met, relationships are maintained, and call recaps are shared as directed.Oversee and contribute to departmental promotional and marketing guidelines, status reports, etc.Lead and manage detailed partnership activation budgets, including overseeing purchase orders and payment processes via SAP and Ariba.Secure and distribute film assets such as trailers, sizzles, logos, posters, stills, and key art to internal teams and external partners, ensuring necessary security and watermark requirements.Create dynamic themed prize packages to assist in partnership procurement and activation, and facilitate fulfillment for external partner's prizing/sweepstakes as needed.Develop elevated promotional merchandise to assist in partnership procurement and activation, and facilitate fulfillment for external partner's prizing as needed.Manage promotional merchandise shipping timelines and tracking for 60+ markets.Create case studies and supportive promotional reports and documents.Collaborate cross-divisionally with various marketing teams (e.g., publicity, digital, creative, legal, etc.) to amplify promotional programs.Book corporate/advance screenings and handle other creative deliverables based on contractual obligations.Create wrap reports for leadership teams showcasing completed partnerships using Keynote and PowerPoint.Manage the professional growth and development of the international partnerships intern (summer or fall).Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in brand partnership marketing within the entertainment or media sector.Experience working in a fast-paced environment.Global or international market experience is required.Proficiency in presentation tools such as PowerPoint and Keynote, with expertise in deck creation.If you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.
