The opportunityCrystal D, a leading supplier of corporate awards and gifts, has committed extensive resources to analyzing and optimizing the consumer journey. This effort is being led by the marketing team and touches every step of the consumer experience. The marketing coordinator position will play a critical role in building a marketing and sales omni-channel ecosystem that optimizes lead conversion to drive sales.The result will be as rewarding as it will be career defining. You will have been on the front line building Best-in-Class B2B marketing and sales programs across paid search, digital, social, email, and traditional marketing.Expand your experience & skills in marketing and sales strategy under the tutelage of our Brand Manager - a sales and marketing expert with experience rapidly scaling revenue generating ecosystems for B2B and B2C organizations.

How you plug inOur Brand Manager will provide you with an overview and a notebook of scribbles - paired with an energetic pitch of what is needed - and you'll take this fragmented creative/strategic direction and spin it into a concept. You'll do this with coaching and support, and you'll need the consumer eye to dig in and uncover what the consumer truly needs, as well as the creativity and grit to develop a strong recommendation on delivering the best consumer experience.

Some of the work to be done

Optimize our marketing programs through test and target. Project manage the implementation, run analytics and create lists/segments. Perform tests and analyze the results, such as within email communication streams.Identify touchpoints throughout the customer journey that provide the opportunity to connect with the consumer through sales and marketing messages that reinforce the brand relationship, cross sell, upsell, and reactivate the relationship with the customer.Own the voice of the customer. You'll manage customer feedback and lead usability/focus groups, as well as act as voice of the customer for the organization - specifically within marketing - and evangelize it throughout the and broader organization.Manage marketing spend activities and products through paid media placement in our service providers.Optimize our website for consumer conversion.Deliver key account-specific sales tools and collateral to reinforce Crystal D brand with end-buyersAct as the marketing point person for sales with our strategic accounts and lead the development of sales support materials.

Qualifications:

This position requires a minimum of 3+ years of marketing experience OR 3+ years of experience in the promotional products industry and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to learn marketing and sales strategy/execution.To be effective, this position requires knowledge of e-commerce sales, attention to detail, and a strong data analytics skills.Self-managed and independent work style that can also engage in team collaborationDetail drivenExceptional at decision makingUnderstanding of marketing principles; general buyer behaviors; developing marketing strategies and tactics; developing, enhancing, and communicating a brandTechnical Skills:

Strong written communication skills (college-level reading and writing proficiency)Desire to maintain and grow technical knowledge and expertiseProficient at creating Excel spreadsheet reportsProficient at operating a personal computerProficient at using a CRM and other applications required for this positionFamiliarity with Microsoft applications including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, etc.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Indoors, air conditionedMay travel by car and airplaneThis position will require moderate work hours beyond the normal workday based on the demands of the business cycle, customer volume of business, and specific sales efforts underway. It is deadline-driven and often requires tight timelines. This position will experience moderate interruption in workflow. It may have some overnight and day travel.

Work ScheduleThis position usually works for eight (8) hours during the period of 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. However, hours of work are flexible and will fluctuate based on the needs of the business and the customers. The job may require a maximum of 5-20 hours of work beyond the normal work schedule depending on work demands. The work hours can vary depending on requirements.

Salary: $48,000-$62,000 annually, depending on qualifications
