Campaign ManagementLead the development of the annual channel marketing strategy to deliver on enrollment and customer retention targets for the Product Initiative Department.Define, develop and continuously evolve our positioning and messaging strategy to resonate and compel our prospects, customers and our employees to choose us.

Key liaison working in collaboration with Brand, Strat Directors, and Integrated Marketing, and Social teams, ensuring relevant and thought-provoking positioning in the marketplace.

Content Development: Partner with internal teams and external vendors as appropriate to create compelling messaging and content assets aligned with campaign objectives.

Partner with Marketing liaisons who oversee our value library & MOJO to ensure that various Product Initiative Projects are included, and various calls-to-actions are optimized based on personalization strategies and department goals that drive a deepening of engagement.

Champion, coordinate and negotiate and influence the execution of campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, e-mail, events, and traditional marketing.

Create and innovate on low-cost programs to drive increased quality traffic.

Review content and assets developed by agency partners, marketing contributors and other sources to ensure quality and consistency with our brand and positioning.

Create innovative ways for viral marketing and word-of-mouth guerrilla marketing.
