We have an unwavering commitment to excellence and attention to detail and expect the same from all of our teammates.Key Responsibilities:Understands how our social media efforts connect to the broader marketing ecosystem and executes with a holistic approachOrganic and paid social media content creation, scheduling, and engagementExcels at copywriting with an ability to communicate our clients' messages to their key audiences across social media channelsMeasurement and reporting - understanding of social media KPIs, web traffic metrics and SEOAbility to use social media for impressions and brand awarenessExcellent knowledge of social media platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, and FacebookWork on a wide variety of projects while being able to shift gears quickly if priorities changeCollaborate with our clients, writers, strategists, developers, designers, photographers, videographers, etc. to successfully bring a vision to lifeDeliver excellent service to our clients on every single projectQualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, or other related discipline2-3 years of marketing/communications agency social media team experienceSolid client service experienceHas a challenge accepted attitude to slay small tasks and big projects - with the same level of care and enthusiasmHunger for continuous improvement and professional developmentExcellent critical thinking, interpersonal, communication, time-management and problem-solving skillsTech savvy and is passionate about using social media to effectively communicate brand stories
