Technical Designer

Job Summary:The Fashion Technical Designer will work with the Fashion Designer, Fashion Director, and internal teams to develop design solutions through the construction phase.Responsibilities:Fit Consistency Mastery: You will lead the effort to establish and maintain consistent fit standards for the brand, ensuring that every product aligns with our vision and customer expectations.Specs and Grading Expertise: Your role involves creating and upholding comprehensive specs and grading guidelines for all product categories.Factory Collaboration and Training: Collaborating closely with factories and team members, you will impart your fit DNA expertise, ensuring that everyone understands and adheres to our brand's fit standards and work with team members.Numerical and Geometric Proficiency: Your capability to work effectively with numbers and shapes will be essential, as you analyze and interpret data to ensure precise fit and pattern adjustments.Product Insight: Possessing a keen eye for product aesthetics, fit, and shapes, you will contribute valuable insights to enhance product design and execution.Mathematical Excellence: Your profound understanding of mathematics and the intricate relationship between fit alterations, patterns, and specifications will be crucial in your role.Qualifications
