Specialized strength in technical execution, knowledge of the full design process, competent in all conventional aspects of interior design and/or architecture.
Flexibility to focus on a single client with a variety of project types or multiple, concurrent projects in various stages of development.
Ability to communicate technical and integration issues and direction quickly.
Ability to communicate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, staff.
Strong interpersonal skills with all levels of management and staff.
Excellent organizational skills.
Experience in all phases of interior design, architecture and engineering, including substantial and varied experience in project planning.
Experience in all project phases, from strategic planning and programming through construction and post occupancy phases.
Experience in construction document preparation and field operations.
Knowledge of building materials, building codes, specifications, construction techniques, interior and/or architectural detailing.
Experience with building codes, ADA requirements, zoning and generally knowledgeable in jurisdictional processes.
Sufficient knowledge of engineering disciplines to coordinate work.
Competent in business writing and communication skills.
Proficiency in REVIT, Bluebeam, Newforma, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office and other applicable programs.
Possess BIM modeling skills.
