What you’ll do

Drive Growth:

Build a strategy to engage with key product and business leaders at top HRTech platforms to leverage Clair’s embedded financial solutions to build meaningful user experiences. The space is new but you are not. You have a proven playbook to teach, guide and engage.

Innovative Campaign Development : Craft and launch highly targeted demand generation campaigns across various channels, including LinkedIn, industry-specific platforms, and direct marketing. Your approach will be anything but ordinary, employing guerilla marketing, ABM, and trade marketing to capture the attention of a select group of 150 companies and key individuals.

Lead Nurturing Excellence : Design and implement sophisticated lead nurturing programs that guide prospects through the sales funnel. Utilize marketing automation and CRM tools to track performance, analyze results, and continuously optimize for maximum impact.Design and implement sophisticated lead nurturing programs that effectively guide prospects through the sales funnel.

Cross-Functional Collaboration : Forge strong partnerships with sales and partnership teams to ensure marketing initiatives are perfectly aligned with sales objectives. Build a robust pipeline strategy that converts high-value targets into active prospects.

Compelling Content Creation : Work with the content team to produce compelling and engaging materials that align with campaign objectives and resonate with the target audience.

Strategic Market Analysis : Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for demand generation. Your insights will drive our strategies and keep us at the forefront of the market.

Budget Mastery : Manage the demand generation budget with precision, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within budget. Measure ROI meticulously and refine strategies to enhance future performance.

Brand Visibility Enhancement : Shape Clair’s presence within the HR Tech and Benefits industries by managing participation in key events and groups. Your efforts will elevate our brand visibility and reputation.

Required Experience/ Qualifications

Experience : 5+ years in B2B marketing with a proven track record in demand generation, lead nurturing, and marketing automation. Experience working closely with sales teams and C-suite executives is essential.

Skills : Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for informed decision-making.

Mindset : Entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset with a willingness to tackle any task to drive success. Flexibility and resourcefulness are key in our dynamic environment.

Communication : Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop marketing materials that support sales and business development.

Project Management : Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Additional DetailsLocation : This is a hybrid position based out of New York City, you will be expected to come into the office three days a week.

Compensation : The annual base salary for this role is $115,000 - $165,000 + variable compensation. The actual base pay within this range depends on many factors, such as education, skills and experience. Base pay is only one part of Clair’s competitive total compensation package which includes benefits, perks and equity. Performance-based variable compensation tied to won deals and user reach will be a significant part of the total compensation.The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
