Overview:

As a Senior Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing the vertical marketing strategy for Pro Audio and Pro Video solutions for the Panasonic Entertainment and Communications business unit (PEAC). The PEAC business sells a wide range of industry leading premium ProAV hardware, software, and solutions.

Come join our journey!Responsibilities:What you will get to do:Develop and manage marketing plans to drive engagement, awareness, and sales to support the ProAV business.Apply best practices in vertical marketing and advertising to develop effective marketing communications.Create impactful media messaging, product collateral and other sales materials.Oversee and evaluate market research and adjust marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.Guide preparation of marketing activity reports and present to management.Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted industry and solution specific messages.Own the tradeshow and events roadmap, align support needs and priorities with the sales team and marketing events teams.Develop and execute on messaging for ProAV vertical solutions strategy, identifying new ways to approach the market and expand existing contacts and engagements in this industry.Serve as an internal advocate for customer needs; ensuring broad awareness of, and empathy for, customer pain points.Create compelling sales and marketing content to drive engagement (e.g. case studies, thought leadership content, videos, ad creative)Develop creative briefs for new marketing assets and partner with copywriting, design, and video teams to oversee reviews, approval, and execution.Manage implementation of advertising, sponsorship, and PR activities.Support go-to-market vertical messaging for new products.Track the marketing budget that supports all marketing operating expense related to marketing plan development.Help onboard vendors, ensure payment to vendors, and work closely with procurement and finance teams.

Qualifications:Education & Experience:Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business or related field required, MBA preferred.6-10 yrs. of B2B marketing and demand generation experience with a proven track record of delivering business results.Minimum of 4 years of ProAV product marketing or marketing communications to end users and channel partners.Thorough knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation best practices, as well as strong project management skills.Experience in ProAV solution marketing and storytelling to all members of the customer value chain in diverse industries.ProAV tradeshow, field marketing, and sales enablement experience.A solid technical understanding of ProAV solutions is highly desired.Experience briefing in creative projects to marketing shared services stakeholders or agencies and overseeing execution.Experience supporting a sales company of approximately $85M in revenue.Problem Solving:B2B/Market Understanding: Has proven ability to understand business needs, unearth new insights, and translate into successful market awareness and customer demand.Creative thinking ability to work through situations using out-of-the-box thinking to solve problems.Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze and interpret data and continually evolve strategies based on key learning.Communications :Ability to effectively lead a team of diverse cross- functional interests to achieve desired business objectives/goals.Ability to work, organize, and be effective in a complex matrix organization.Effective and professional speaker at including press events, tradeshows, partners events, and internal meetings.Proven leadership skills with the ability to work independently and communicate with all levels of an organizationSolid prioritization and organizational skills with the ability to make decisions and resolve issues while working under pressureProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OutlookEffective written and spoken English communication skills with all levels of an organizationOther:Remote and/or Hybrid10% travelWhat We Offer:
