The Graphic Designer is primarily responsible for creating designs and artwork for ministries, campuses, and Central teams. This role will utilize a project management system to fulfill requests, collaborate with teams on plans, and communicate about project assignments within the Creative Media Group.

The Creative Media Group consists of six individual teams-Content Development, Graphic Design & Photography, Global Arts, Production, Filmmaking, and Creative Strategies. These teams work closely and collaboratively to ensure every ministry at Life.Church has the creative resources they need to thrive. What You'll Do

Graphic design creation and management.Develop plans for both print and digital designs and artwork for Life.Church ministries, marketing campaigns, and apparel.Create planned designs and artwork using design software and other applicable tools.Manage project management system and fulfill project requests timely.Collaborate and communicate with ministry leaders, campus and Central staff, and Creative Media Project Managers to gather information on project requests.Research new technology, processes, and tools in design methods to implement in the organization.Skills Needed to Succeed

Ability to self-motivate, make independent decisions and problem solve with innovation.Effective at multi-tasking and time management to meet strict deadlines while remaining flexible and open to change.Excellent verbal, written, and oral communication skills to foster partnerships.Effective at process and organizational management to coordinate, structure and provide vision to projects.Strong leadership skills and understanding on developing and guiding others.Associate's degree in Graphic Design.3+ years of related work experience.Experience in apparel design a strong benefit.
