This role will assist with the planning and execution of marketing activities and will perform a variety of administrative and support staff duties.Your Impact:Be a part of an organization that changes lives for patients all over the world!The essential duties and responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to the following:Coordinating local and national eventsProviding marketing tracking and research information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trendsAssisting education department with course event logistics, record keeping, and technical supportSupporting sales department with event planning, customer success initiatives, and administrative tasksManaging customer inquiries and supporting customer service department with projects and initiativesData entry and general office dutiesAll other duties and responsibilities as assigned.Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in marketing or communications, or experience commensurate with the positionA valid drivers license and driving record within the standards outlined within Hangers Motor Vehicle Safety Policy and Procedures.SkillsExcellent oral and written communication skills.Analytical and strong problem-solving skills.Strong organization and excellent time management skills.Proficient computer skills & knowledge.AbilityAbility to learn through on-the-job training and to multi-task.Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.Ability to lift approximately 25 pounds.Dexterity of hands to operate a computer keyboard as well as seeing to read and review materials for accuracy.Hearing and speaking to exchange information with customers, and other Surestep staff and the public.Additional Success Factors:The ideal candidate is detail oriented and a self-starter with the ability to take initiative and manage projects.
