HR Business Partner Lead; Marketing and Corporate Communications at Humana in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first The HR Business Partner Lead (HRBPL) leads the people management agenda for the Marketing and Corporate Communications Organization. The HRBPL will collaborate with senior leaders and all of HR to advance business strategies, build organizational capability, affect change, drive well-being and engagement and build organizational capability through assessment, development and deployment of talent. The HRBPL will be responsible for creating the People Plan and then putting the plan in motion to enhance culture, talent mindset, and drive important business outcomes. The HRBPL develops and possesses a deep knowledge of the aligned business segments, key employees and business processes. The HRBPL will: + Develop and drive strategic vision around human capital for the leaders supported + Build a strong business relationship with the aligned organization + Act as a business partner; advise leadership on all human resources issues and initiatives impacting the organization's business goals and objectives including organizational design needs + Provide leadership to drive a high performance team-based culture + Partner with specialized HR areas including talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, organizational effectiveness, learning and HR shared services to ensure specific needs of Marketing and Corporate Communications are being met + Implements best practices and supports the delivery of HR processes + Facilitate leadership development and key talent retention efforts + Develop and manage talent acquisition/ retention programs and work force planning initiatives + Identifies gaps, proposes and implement changes necessary to cover risks. + Acts as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in the people management. + Leads the change management projects and manages the HR related internal and external communication + Advises executives to develop functional strategies on matters of significance + Access and derive insights from HR Dashboard of talent analytics to inform talent strategies in the development of diverse leadership talent and technical capability across the business Use your skills to make an impact Required Qualifications and skills + Bachelor's Degree + Minimum of 5 years' of demonstrated progressive and strategic HR experience in multiple HR disciplines + Sound understanding of business principles, model, and concepts as wel To view full details and how to apply, please login or create a Job Seeker account
