Job Description

The Department:

The Content Marketer - Invesco QQQ ETF will help support creation, management, and development of our Invesco QQQ marketing content as we drive awareness, consideration and engagement across our Invesco QQQ ETF Marketing Programs.

Your Role:

This role will help support the team's breakthrough approaches toward influencing and engaging clients and prospects along the customer journey through digital, social, paid, earned and owned channels. With the distribution landscape changing dramatically and quickly, this role will be essential to the Invesco QQQ Marketing Team, an organization responsible for driving sustainable client demand by transforming the way clients engage with the Invesco QQQ ETF. This role will work closely with all members of the Invesco QQQ Marketing Team to support content initiatives as they move through the marketing production process, from ideation through key stakeholder reviews and distribution, and support all tasks that help meet our business goals of awareness, consideration, and engagement - and ultimately driving revenue for Invesco QQQ.

You will be responsible for:

Partner with the Invesco QQQ Marketing team and directly report to the Manager, QQQ Content Strategy to help ideate and develop Invesco QQQ content, and manage reviews and approvals across internal groupsManage content and creative production to help deliver successful campaigns in a timely manner, ensuring all approvals have been captured and logged appropriatelySupport the gathering and organization of insights from in-market campaigns to support the team as they brief in new content creation and campaign adjustments quickly and efficientlyOrganize and maintain an archive of Invesco QQQ content across different campaigns with insights in order to identify best practices and enable efficient decision-makingAssist Invesco QQQ marketing team with other projects and assignments as requiredWork with the Compliance, Procurement and Legal teams to ensure all regulatory requirements are being met internally and externallyThe experience you bring:

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Communications or related field is preferred.3-5 years of work experience in a marketing, social media, communications, or digital brand roleKnowledge of financial services preferredInterest in and some experience managing projects, working with teams, and a desire to learn more about brand and product marketingMust exude a passion for storytelling, thrive in a dynamic environment, and possess an enthusiastic willingness to positively influence the client experience and continue to drive engagement with Invesco QQQMust be a highly creative thinker who is capable of generating actionable ideas across multimedia, with the practical skills to help bring them to lifeShould have familiarity with the various avenues used to reach audiences with content and how to optimize content depending on the platformMust have an excellent command of the social media landscapeMust be an enthusiastic self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environment with track record of mobilizing teams in the face of ambiguity and time pressure.Knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite is a plusPrior experience in customer service, advertising, public relations or online marketing an assetExperience running brainstorming sessions or desire to learn how to run effective brainstorming sessionsTravel may be required (~10%)The total compensation offered for this position, which includes salary and incentive pay, will vary based on skills, experience and location. The salary range for this position in New York City is $90k to $100k annually.
