Your Role:We are seeking an Associate Digital Product Marketing to join our award-winning Digital Experience Team which consists of Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, and Creative Developers/ Web Producers. This role will be aligned to supporting our Invesco QQQ ETF, the official ETF of the NCAA® and report to the Senior Manager, Digital Product Marketing Manager overseeing the Invesco QQQ Digital Experiences.The ideal candidate will strategize and execute plans to build products and features that focus on encouraging client awareness, engagement and acquisition and ultimately driving revenue for Invesco QQQ. S/he will be an expert in analyzing customer insights to deliver a useful and personalized client experience resulting in increased consideration, engagement, usage, dedication and advocacy of our brands across all client segments. We are looking for a hands-on, highly engaged, proactive individual to work across departments and the capability to deliver groundbreaking digital products that have a direct positive impact on the bottom line.The Team:Why Invesco QQQ? We’d love to hear from you.You will be responsible for:Serve as a point of contact and subject matter expert for all things digital aligned to QQQ including our NCAA campaign digital experiences that take place 2x a year for collegiate fall sports and the March Madness tournament

Brainstorm, develop and implement ideas end-to-end across the digital ecosystem

Liase with vendor partners for execution across project deliverables ensuring high quality, attention to detail and on-time delivery

Partner with cross functional teams across Marketing to ensure end-to-end experiences including digital are implemented and optimized

Be an expert in analyzing data and voice of the customer feedback to and turn insights into future marketing and optimization strategies including A/B and multi-variate testing

Conduct market and competitor research to find answers about industry requirements, habits and trends

Collaborate with product managers/owners for new capabilities and enhancements to the platform

Partner with our web production team for involvement in end-to-end process of creating new and updating existing web page content

The experience you bring:BA or BS degree is required

2+ years of experience working in a digital experience, digital marketing or related role; product management or product design experience preferred

Stellar design instincts, knowledgeable of new digital product trends

Strong analytics skills and familiarity with project management tools

Understanding of Agile methodology; experience working in an Agile environment a plus

Strong proficiency in product/project management tools.

Experience with being an advocate for our customers & synthesizing feedback into priorities.

Knowledge and experience in Financial Services, Fin-Tech, or acquisition marketing preferred

Experience with site optimization (i.e., A/B testing, Multivariate testing) and personalization preferred

Outcome driven with a collaborative win together attitude and familiarity working with remote teams and external partners/vendors/agencies

Enthusiastic self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment

Ability to synthesize user feedback and data to make data driven decisions

Superb organizational and time management skills

Ability to work with cross-functional teams

Demonstrated ability to be highly creative and innovative

Proactive and able to work independently or in a team setting

Excellent communication skills, partner relationship skills, and team leadership skills

The total compensation offered for this position, which includes salary and incentive pay, will vary based on skills, experience and location. The salary range for this position in New York City is $90,000 to $110,000 annually.Full Time / Part Time
