Role & Responsibilities: We are seeking a dynamic Digital Advertising and Analytics Specialist
to join our team. This role is pivotal in maximizing our digital marketing efforts with a relentless
focus on SEO, SEM, and social advertising to maximize awareness, interest, and sales. The ideal
candidate will be proficient in implementing PPC advertising campaigns, optimizing SEO
practices, and leveraging social media advertising to maximize ROI. This role requires a
candidate who is analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple digital marketing
initiatives to drive business growth in partnership with cross-functional team members. The
role provides the empowerment to be innovative, self-directed, and grow, all with the support

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Implement PPC advertising campaigns, SEO best practices, and social advertising
campaigns.
• Define and deploy latest PPC strategies, SEO best practices, and social ad trends.
• Perform ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization.
• Connecting and optimizing the digital touchpoints to improve the customer experience
and achievement of weekly and annual goals
• Identifying and allocating marketing spend to deliver the highest return performance
• Conduct market research on keyword trends, consumer behavior, and competitor
analysis using SEO platforms and other tools.
• Execute tests, collect, and analyze data to identify trends and insights to achieve
maximum ROI in paid campaigns.
• Track, analyze, and report on website and social analytics and PPC initiatives and
campaigns. Translate results into recommendations for improvement.
• Prepare weekly and monthly analytic reports.
Required Proven Experience with:
• Marketing and website analytics tools including but not limited to GA4, Google Tag
Manager, AEM, and Google Ads
• Social media ad platforms and analytics
• SEO solution and content performance marketing application, BrightEdge or similar
platform experience a plus
• Emerging AI based search strategies and natural language search
• Standardized analytics reporting and dashboard creation
• Microsoft products

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising or similar field.
• 3-5 years' experience in digital advertising and analytics.
