Overall Purpose

With active B2B marketing, B2C campaigns, thought leadership and growing brand awareness, a Sr. web content administrator's main focus is to keep our sites content current and to support marketing efforts which are essential for our brands' success.

Essential Functions

  • Audits content to deliver a current and relevant user experience supporting marketing deadlines on our B2B, B2C and portal websites; provides recommendations for improvements and implements changes
  • Proactively maintains content and facilitates content updates through the content management system (CMS) and other software as necessary
  • Advises on strategic best practices and creates web pages through CMS with a focus on the user experience, consistency and search optimization
  • Ensures web content process is efficient in collaboration with product marketing, demand gen and design teams
  • Creates and evolves website templates and guidelines according to best practices
  • Creates workflows and completes testing in development environments
  • Supports the company's commitment to risk management and protecting the integrity and confidentiality of systems and data


Minimum Qualifications

  • Education and/or experience typically obtained through completion of a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications and/or previous relevant experience
  • Deep experience with managing content through content management systems
  • Minimum of four or more years of related experience working with marketing teams on web marketing
  • Demonstrated understanding of digital/web marketing considerations such as campaign flows, campaign/web analytics, and SEO content
  • Proactive team member who easily collaborates with various teams
  • Understanding of basic content strategy to drive marketing goals (leads, conversions, etc.)
  • Ability to visually apply content to maximize user experience and customer path
  • Experience with digital assets videos, images, file types, page layouts, navigation and taxonomy structures
  • Familiarity with video hosting and Digital Asset Management tools (DAM)
  • Confident communicator
  • Background and drug screen


Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Experience Cloud experience a plus
  • Basic understanding of Google Analytics
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager
  • Working knowledge of content impacts to SEO
  • Demonstrated focus on the user
  • HTML or CSS a plus
  • Agile/Scrum experience a plus


Physical Requirements

Working conditions consist of a normal office environment. Work is primarily sedentary and requires extensive use of a computer and involves sitting for periods of approximately four hours. Work may require occasional standing, walking, kneeling and reaching. Must be able to lift 10 pounds occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently. Requires visual acuity and dexterity to view, prepare, and manipulate documents and office equipment including personal computers. Requires the ability to communicate with internal and/or external customers.

The pay scale for this position in:

Phoenix, AZ/ Chicago, IL in USD per year is: $90,000 - $100,000.

New York, NY in USD per year is: $95,000 - $110,000.

San Francisco, CA in USD per year is: $110,000 - $120,000.
