Join our growing team as a Digital Marketing Manager and play a key role in shaping our digital landscape. We are seeking a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about leveraging digital channels to drive business growth. As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that encompass SEO/SEM, website optimization, marketing automation, social media, and performance reporting. Working closely with the Director of Marketing and firm leadership, you will translate business objectives into actionable digital initiatives, ensuring a seamless digital experience for our target audience. Your analytical skills will be leveraged as you track and analyze key metrics, providing insights that drive informed decision-making across the organization.

Primary Accountabilities and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive business growth and achieve organizational objectives.
  • Lead the optimization of our website, ensuring it adheres to branding standards and guidelines while maximizing user experience and conversion rates.
  • Oversee all aspects of SEO/SEM initiatives, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and performance monitoring to improve search engine rankings and visibility.
  • Manage marketing automation platforms to streamline processes, nurture leads, and deliver personalized content to target audiences, partnering with Marketing Database counterparts.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Communications specialists and Content Writer in our marketing team to develop and implement social media initiatives, crafting compelling content, orchestrating campaigns, and cultivating community engagement across pertinent platforms.
  • Generate detailed digital marketing performance reports and dashboards, providing actionable insights and recommendations to key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Marketing and cross-functional teams to align digital marketing strategies with overall business objectives and priorities.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously optimize digital marketing efforts and drive innovation.
  • Mentor and support team members, fostering a culture of learning, growth, and collaboration within the marketing team.


Qualifications

Experience of our most successful Digital Marketing Managers:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Digital Marketing demonstrating increasing levels of responsibility and leadership.
  • 3+ years' experience in Business-to-Business marketing required.
  • 3+ years of experience in the engineering, architecture, construction, or related industry firm with a solid understanding of industry-specific marketing challenges and opportunities, preferred.
  • Proven track record of hands-on experience in website development and management, with experience in coding and development practices. Knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS) Craft, WordPress, HubSpot, or similar platforms for website content updates and management.
  • Proficient in developing and implementing email nurture programs using marketing automation platforms such as Pardot, Constant Contact, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar platforms.
  • Proficiency in creating trigger and drip campaigns tailored to specific segments of the database, along with demonstrated experience in managing database creation and segmentation to enhance campaign effectiveness and performance optimization.
  • Experience in coding languages such as HTML, CSS, and possibly JavaScript, with the ability to apply these skills to both email template customization and website development tasks, including issue resolution and customization.
  • Strong familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Deltek Vantagepoint, for lead management and customer relationship management.
  • Extensive experience in reporting and performance analysis, particularly using Google Analytics to track and measure the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives and drive data-informed decision-making.
  • Deep expertise in managing and leveraging social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook to enhance brand visibility, engage with audiences, and drive targeted campaigns.
  • Exceptional knowledge and experience in SEO strategies and best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, link building, and technical SEO to improve organic search visibility and drive website traffic and conversions.
  • Proven track record of effectively collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders, fostering trust, and building credibility within the team.
  • Previous experience managing projects, coordinating tasks, and meeting deadlines in a professional setting, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for content creation and analysis, and experience with virtual meeting platforms such as WebEx and Microsoft Teams.

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $85,000 to $105,000
