Responsibilities

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that encompass SEO/SEM, website optimization, marketing automation, social media, and performance reporting. Working closely with the Director of Marketing and firm leadership, you will translate business objectives into actionable digital initiatives, ensuring a seamless digital experience for our target audience. Your analytical skills will be leveraged as you track and analyze key metrics, providing insights that drive informed decision-making across the organization.

Primary Accountabilities and Responsibilities The following job functions are typical of the position but are not all-encompassing. Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive business growth and achieve organizational objectives. Lead the optimization of our website, ensuring it adheres to branding standards and guidelines while maximizing user experience and conversion rates. Oversee all aspects of SEO/SEM initiatives, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and performance monitoring to improve search engine rankings and visibility. Manage marketing automation platforms to streamline processes, nurture leads, and deliver personalized content to target audiences, partnering with Marketing Database counterparts. Collaborate with Marketing Communications specialists and Content Writer in our marketing team to develop and implement social media initiatives, crafting compelling content, orchestrating campaigns, and cultivating community engagement across pertinent platforms. Generate detailed digital marketing performance reports and dashboards, providing actionable insights and recommendations to key stakeholders. Collaborate with the Director of Marketing and cross-functional teams to align digital marketing strategies with overall business objectives and priorities. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously optimize digital marketing efforts and drive innovation. Mentor and support team members, fostering a culture of learning, growth, and collaboration within the marketing team.

Qualifi ations

Experience of our most successful Digital Marketing Managers:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field required. Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Digital Marketing demonstrating increasing levels of responsibility and leadership. 3+ years' experience in Business-to-Business marketing required. 3+ years of experience in the engineering, architecture, construction, or related industry firm with a solid understanding of industry-specific marketing challenges and opportunities, preferred. Proven track record of hands-on experience in website development and management, with experience in coding and development practices. Knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS) Craft, WordPress, HubSpot, or similar platforms for website content updates and management. Proficient in developing and implementing email nurture programs using marketing automation platforms such as Pardot, Constant Contact, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar platforms. Proficiency in creating trigger and drip campaigns tailored to specific segments of the database, along with demonstrated experience in managing database creation and segmentation to enhance campaign effectiveness and performance optimization. Experience in coding languages such as HTML, CSS, and possibly JavaScript, with the ability to apply these skills to both email template
