Sasaki Senior Marketing Coordinator Job Description

CAMPUS FOCUS

Sasaki is seeking a full time Senior Marketing Coordinator to join our Boston office. The Senior Marketing Coordinator will be focused on the campus sector and work closely with the Campus Marketing Manager and coordinator team to help bring in new work. The goal of the senior coordinator is to be able to work very independently on pursuits, with the manager providing limited guidance and oversight.

This role will work closely with the other Marketing Coordinators to teach best practices and mentor peer team members. As a senior marketing coordinator at Sasaki, you will play a pivotal role in the thoughtful execution of high-quality marketing materials for different work streams including but not limited to proposals, qualifications documents, brochures, interview materials, ads, and master project pages. You will also be responsible for assisting the marketing manager with the organization and execution of Sasaki’s presence at conferences and networking events for the campus market.

You will also take on a supporting role in shaping the presentations that design teams deliver to potential clients at interviews—in terms of delivery and content. You will facilitate and contribute to strategy discussions with principals and senior staff on business development efforts tracked in our CRM system, and lead research initiatives on potential clients and competitors.

Required Skill Set

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a high volume AEC firm producing multiple submissions at a time.Demonstrated expertise in communicating strengths of a company with a large, and complex portfolio of work, especially through the RFP/RFQ process.Interest in the environment and urbanism; you will become a subject matter expert quickly and continue to deepen your industry knowledge over timeExtremely strong InDesign skills working within a branded template is required.Experience mentoring and coaching peers.Experience and comfort communicating with senior firm leadersStrong copy editing and experience reviewing documents for adherence to brand standards and grammar/spelling.Must-have attributes include the ability to be a true team player and jump in where needed, ability to calmly juggle multiple submissions and overlapping priorities, comfort in ambiguity, and strong attention to detail.Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace experience is highly desirable.Experience using a CRM program or managing a database of project informationNice to Have:
