Our client, a global tourism & travel company, is looking to hire a
Manager of Email & CRM Marketing , to lead a small team and oversee all strategy & analytics for the brand.
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of successfully managing email, SMS, and other lifecycle marketing campaigns, a deep understanding of customer's shopping behavior, and a passion for delivering results.
Role Overview:
• Supervises marketing teamto coordinate campaigns,integrated marketing, and creative services forchannel best practices, including copy, design and audience segmentation• Recommends strategy for A|B tests, and continuously optimizes promotional email templates and CRM campaigns through all owned channels• Supports the overall CRM campaignand strategy through various channels (email,push, SMS)
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree• HTML experience• Email marketing program expertise• Data driven & stellar communication skills• Minimum of 6 years of experience in the email marketing industry• Minimum 2 years of direct people management experience
