ESC's premier client is seeking a Marketing Manager to join their Health services team. As a Marketing manager, you will drive marketing initiatives and create impactful content within the healthcare and life sciences sector. You will coordinate with various teams and customer speakers, develop high-quality marketing assets, and ensure the inclusion of the client's brand voice in all industry messaging. You will lead projects from conception to completion, demonstrating strong communication skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and coach internal teams and customer speakers for priority speakership opportunities, ensuring effective delivery and alignment with client messaging.Collaborate with field teams and customer stakeholders to create high-quality industry marketing assets, presentations, and messaging.Ensure the continuity and inclusion of the client's brand voice and industry messaging across all marketing materials for the healthcare and life sciences industry.Work with key industry stakeholders to generate and publish thought leadership and industry content for blog channels, establishing the client as a leader in the sector.Drive projects (e.g., customer speaker sessions, case studies, blogs, first call decks, sales enablement materials, messaging guides, campaigns, events) from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field with relevant work experience.5-10 years of product marketing experience, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and that meet customer needs.Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.A demonstrated bias for action, with a history of seeing projects through to completion and delivering results.Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in healthcare or life sciences industry marketing.Superior analytical skills, with the ability to identify and solve ambiguous problems.Proven ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.High degree of organization and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities.Experience creating and executing business plans, with a track record of delivering innovative products.Ability to work effectively with constrained resources and think creatively to accomplish goals.Extreme attention to detail and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.Experience with B2B, brand, or product marketing (4-6 years), content marketing (2-4 years), product management (1-2 years), and sales enablement (1-2 years).Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Slack, Asana or other project management tools.Experience with Generative AI Products, such as ChatGPT, is helpful.
