iCapital is seeking a talented and experienced Creative Director Vice President to support the Marketing Content and Design team. This role will focus on developing and executing long- and short-form content to educate and raise awareness of the iCapital platform and its financial products to a targeted audience. This individual will work in partnership with cross-functional teams, including Channel Marketing, Center of Excellence (COE), and Operations to bring insight-driven content to life using breakthrough, best-in-class assets.

The ideal candidate possesses a deep knowledge of content creation, storytelling, and writing, with experience working across various channels and platforms in both motion and static media. The individual has mastered visual storytelling with high levels of craftsmanship, can elevate creative, inspire design, and have extensive video experience and digital expertise. Their portfolio illustrates bold, on-strategy creative work that meets measurable business goals and requirements. The candidate must be hands on and able to execute tasks themselves, as well as seamlessly articulate direction to others. They can ideate and present concepts that align with strategy and business objectives to leadership to generate excitement and alignment.Responsibilities

Provide visionary leadership to the creative team, inspiring innovation and pushing creative boundaries to produce exceptional work that resonates with target audiences. Set a compelling vision and direction for the team to follow, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.Direct the execution of creative concepts across multiple channels, including digital, social, experiential, print, and more. Ensure visual and editorial consistency and quality across all deliverables, aligning them with the brand's goals and objectives.Mentor a team of creative professionals and provide guidance, feedback, and support to foster their professional growth and development, encouraging continuous learning and skill enhancement.Provide editorial direction and leadership in crafting compelling narratives and messaging that align with the brand's voice and objectives. Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure content accuracy, consistent messaging, and relevance across all channels.Monitor and evaluate the performance of creative assets across various platforms. Implement learnings and best practices to optimize future campaigns and ensure they meet measurable business goals.Ensure all creative work adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent voice and visual style across all touchpoints.Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and cultural shifts to drive innovative ideas and creative solutions. Foster a mindset of continuous improvement and adaptation to changing industry dynamics.Effectively articulate creative concepts and strategies to clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in across all levels of leadership. Build strong relationships and collaborate to achieve shared objectives.Qualifications10-15+ years of experience leading and executing compelling content and creative strategies within an agency or in-house creative team. Finance and tech experience is a plusBachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related fieldStrong portfolio of on-strategy creative work that meets measurable business goals and requirementsStrong leadership experience with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a team of creative professionalsExcellent conceptual and strategic thinking abilities, with deep knowledge of branding, storytelling, and audience engagementExcellent communication skills, capable of articulating creative concepts and ideas effectively to clients and internal stakeholdersAble to leverage analytics and data to drive creative decisions and improve campaign effectivenessVersatile and adaptable, able to work at both strategic and tactical levels, generate innovative ideas, and manage the execution of campaigns across multiple teamsA curious learner who actively seeks new ideas, fresh approaches, and creative inspirationA passion for pop culture and a keen understanding of industry trends and audience preferences

Benefits

The base salary range for this role is $140,000 to $170,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus. Employees also receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes an employer matched retirement plan, generously subsidized healthcare with 100% employer paid dental, vision, telemedicine, and virtual mental health counseling, parental leave, and unlimited paid time off (PTO).

We believe the best ideas and innovation happen when we are together. Employees in this role will work in the office four days, with the flexibility to work remotely one day. Every department has different needs, and some positions will be designated in-office jobs, based on their function.
