Required Qualifications:

You are an individual with at least 3 - 5 years in business intelligence roles, supporting business decision making processes by building and maintaining reports, and sharing actionable insights.You have familiarity working with claims data (preferred).Experience translating business needs into technical specifications, implementing solutions and distilling insights into easy to digest and actionable reports.Proficient in Power BI, Tableau, Databricks etc. and report data modeling.Proficient in Python for advance analytics requests.Experience with data mining, wrangling, modeling, processing, and data lakes.Great problem solving and communication skillsWhat you'll do (Essential Job Functions)

Create and maintain internal reports that support the organization in making informed and accurate business decisions.Create and maintain external customers reports.Ongoing deep analysis for new actionable business insights.Building and maintaining a reporting layer that is conducive to quick turnaround in answering business questions or new report requests.Use predictive techniques (e.g., machine learning and NLP) to glean further insights from available data.This role is a great fit if you are...
