Job Description:

Job Summary:

As a Senior Creative Designer you will be responsible for creating visually compelling and professional designs that adhere to the company's brand guidelines. Your role will involve developing concepts, graphics, and layouts for various media, including digital and print materials.

You will collaborate closely with the Corporate Marketing team and individual Business Unit leaders to ensure that all design projects effectively communicate the company's message and resonate with the target business audiences.

In this role, you will define brand requirements, design, and develop creative assets across a wide range of digital and print content to crisply convey our message. Working closely with professionals across the organization, we will look to you to interpret, guide, and protect unified brand guidelines.

Responsibilities:

Work with professionals across Epiq taking direction from written or spoken ideas and convert them into images, layouts, and other designs. Actively and efficiently provide recommendations for how to translate concepts and messaging into compelling visual formats.Prepare layout, design, and artwork for use in digital and print materials. Content will include website and social media graphics, digital and print ads, PowerPoint presentations, videos, infographics, charts, whitepapers, email templates, conference exhibits, promotional banners, and other marketing collateral.Manage projects from start to finish while maintaining high quality and providing excellent customer service to internal teams. Absorb feedback to improve deliverables. Participate with Corporate Marketing team to establish goals and KPIs.Understand and protect consistent application of the brand, adhering to brand guidelines on Epiq's logo, color palette, fonts, and imagery. Build, maintain, and share corporate templates and asset libraries.Prepare layouts for responsive HTML web-based landing pages with form-fill elements and HTML marketing emails.Work closely with the website team to make sure all designs and layouts follow best practices for UX and UI.Color correct, process, lay out, and scale photos. Mark them for proper screen values for print reproduction.Manage and maintain image, graphic, and video files. Track and handle copyright, reprint, and permission processes. Ensure inclusion of legal disclaimers in materials as needed/required.Coordinate administrative aspects of production, including preparing final designs, checking and approving color, copy, text format separations, and scaling images for print production.Coordinate with print, event, web, or advertising vendors to determine specifications, recommend formats, and obtain estimates for final approval.Requirements:

Five+ years of graphic design experience in professional commercial design at a marketing/creative agency or corporate environment, and a portfolio to match.Extensive experience with Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, MS PowerPoint and MS Word.Working knowledge of CSS3, HTML6, and JavaScript.Exceptional presentation and verbal and written communication skills to collaborate efficiently with business leaders and marketers.Ability to distill complex topics into creative elements and a solid understanding of design methods, principles, and color theory.Excellent layout skills with an eye for adaptive design and command over mobile first design approach.Highly organized with strong planning and time management skills. Maintain good housekeeping with storage and distribution of design files and assets.Deadline-oriented, able to manage job board to handle multiple projects simultaneously and negotiate timelines as needed.Portfolio required.

The Compensation range for this role is 69,507.00 - 139,012.80 USD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
