Position Summary

The Sr. Manager –Social Affiliate Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to improve our brand visibility by managing our social media presence and overseeing affiliate marketing initiatives. This role will work closely with other leaders in the Digital Marketing pillar, including SEO/Organic Search Optimization, Paid Digital, CRM, and eCommerce, to ensure a cohesive digital marketing strategy that drives growth and maximizes ROI.

Duties Responsibilities

Social Media Management

Creates, curates, and schedules of content across all social media platforms.Executes social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followers.Analyzes social media performance and provides insights and recommendations for optimization.Collaborates with the creative team to ensure content has consistent and aligned messaging.Affiliate Marketing

Establishes and manages an affiliate marketing programs to drive traffic and sales.Identifies and recruits new affiliates, maintaining strong relationships with existing partners.Monitors and optimizes affiliate performance, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.Ensures compliance with affiliate marketing policies and regulations.Collaboration and Leadership

Works closely with peers in the Marketing departments to ensure alignment of strategies and goals.Provides thought leadership on social media, and affiliate marketingOversees activities and provides direction to media agency and other marketing agencies.Fosters a collaborative and innovative team environment.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.5+ years of experience Social media, and affiliate marketing, with a proven track record of successStrong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and best practices.Proficiency in digital tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) and social media management platforms.Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Experience with marketing department transformation preferred.Customer service oriented, recognizing the importance of client services.Exercises excellent professional judgment.Ability to multitask and manage large, complex projects.Adaptable to change in the organizational environment.Demonstrated follow-through and attention to detail.Experience in the services industry, with automotive or retail experience a plusAbility to travel up to 25% of the time, including regular travel to corporate HQPhysical Demands/Work Environment
