About This Role:

The

Domestic Field Marketing Specialist

implements key marketing initiatives for all of Hunter Industries' brands, including residential, commercial, and golf irrigation as well as FX Luminaire lighting. This role focuses on regional promotional campaigns, customer communications, educational materials, market research, and field sales support. Collaborates with regional sales teams and distribution partners to enhance local marketing efforts, increase collaboration, and promote the adoption of corporate marketing activities at the regional level.

Essential Job Functions/Tasks:

Develops and executes region-specific promotions, presentations, and customer training materials. Contributes to successful regional marketing plans for product launches, events, and sales support by defining objectives, identifying audiences, planning content, developing timelines, budgeting, executing deliverables, and measuring success. Creates and customizes marketing materials such as brochures, product sheets, web content, advertising, video scripts, newsletters, signage, and testimonials.Develops and maintains relationships with Hunter's distribution channel's corporate marketing teams to increase collaboration and support of corporate marketing activities and the overall promotion of Hunter products within branch locations.Collaborates cross-functionally on projects with key stakeholders from across the organization including product management, sales, market research, and business development teams. Participates in monthly Regional Sales Manager meetings to align marketing strategies with sales objectives.Supports regional campaigns through targeted email marketing initiatives.Oversees social media platforms for domestic regions including development of social media calendar, idea generation, advertising and posting.Assists Marketing Manager with promoting customer loyalty programs, national campaigns, and communicating events and updates pertaining to the programs within the organization.Executes direct mail promotional campaigns including developing cost estimates, postal service requirements, and providing information on how to improve campaign effectiveness.Oversees regional print and digital advertising initiatives. Works with internal and external teams to execute.Supports new and existing brick-and-mortar locations by developing and implementing marketing collateral, including promotional materials, signage, and in-store displays. Coordinates with distributors and local sales teams to ensure effective local marketing campaigns and provides training support to ensure consistent brand messaging and successful market presence.Develops and maintains regional opportunity lists for strategic marketing initiatives.Collects and analyzes data to track the performance of regional marketing initiatives. Prepares detailed reports on campaign effectiveness, sales impact, and ROI. Presents findings to key stakeholders, providing actionable insights and recommendations for future strategies. Coordinates with analytics and data teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting.Education/Training Required and Preferred:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience in business or marketing.Experience Required and Preferred:

Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing.What You Bring:

Knowledge of marketing, forecasting, budgeting, and ROI analysis.Technical irrigation knowledge as well as knowledge pertaining to professional distribution systems.Proficiency with Microsoft Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, and SharePoint applications.Knowledge in marketing practices and technologies including Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Drop Box, Survey Monkey, Business Objects Explorer, and Salesforce.Knowledge in corporate communications practices and technologies including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, as well as html.Strong interpersonal skills: team-oriented leadership, awareness, and flexibility are required.Problem solving skills: problem analysis, organizational planning, project management, decisiveness and judgment are required.Excellent English verbal and written communication.Personal qualities: work standards, initiative, and personal impact are required.What We Offer:

The hourly rate for this opportunity ranges from $29.63 to $41.55

The Company complies with all federal/local/state regulations in regard to pay. The above represents the expected hourly range for this job requisition. Compensation offered to the successful candidate will be determined by qualifications, prior experience, other job-related factors, and geographic location.
