About This Role:

The

International Marketing Coordinator

supports key marketing initiatives for all of Hunter Industries’ brands. S/he coordinates international promotional campaigns, content generation, customer communications, market research and materials.

Essential Job Functions/Tasks:

Builds and delivers international marketing templates for product launch emails, announcements, newsletters, and campaigns in multiple languages.Maintains the marketing automation platform for international drip programs, campaigns, reporting, and all other platform components.Pulls account and contact reports from CRM for use of e-communication. Drives upkeep of marketing databases for key customer segments.Coordinates content generation, including but not limited to international flyers, brochures, e-mails, editorial and advertising, by working with internal and external subject matter experts.Researches and evaluates new approaches and trends in the changing world of web, digital, social media, email/web delivery, reviewing results and performance, and adjusting for future campaigns. Conducts market analysis and customer marketing surveys.Assists with marketing promotional campaigns based on strategic plan, provides information on results, and makes recommendations to improve effectiveness.Works with regional offices to assist with building out locally relevant social media content and recommends communication best practices.Assists with translation activities through a Language Service Provider for all Hunter marketing collateral required including but not limited to catalogs, product owner’s manuals, webpages, brochures, product presentations, and product training modules.Works collaboratively with internal Creative Development team to conceptualize new materials and update existing collateral. Attention to detail and constant communication updates are required when managing projects and driving timely execution.Assists Marketing Team and International Area Managers with the implementation and development of region-specific promotions, presentations, Point-of-Purchase Displays for distributor branches, tradeshow graphics and customer training materials.Works interdepartmentally on development, production, review, and maintenance of product literature. Tracks progress of these projects to ensure deadlines are met.Assists with analyzing the effectiveness of promotions by reviewing processes, ROI, and creating communication reports.Manages the end-to-end process of video translation and localization, coordinating with translators, reviewers, and regional teams.Develops and maintains a project schedule for all video translation efforts, tracking and reporting progress and providing updates to key stakeholders.Education/Training Required and Preferred:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field of study, or a combination of education and relevant work experience.Experience Required and Preferred:

2-4 years of experience as a minimum in Marketing or Communications.What You Bring:

Excellent detail-orientation, analytical, and organizational skills. Ability to work with a high degree of independence to plan, organize, and implement multiple projects to meet deadlines.Excellent written and oral communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate and coordinate efforts with employees across the organization.Excellent computer knowledge, including strong proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.Must be flexible and able to adapt to changing organizational needs.Is fluent in a second language, Spanish preferredAbility to travel as needed. Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain valid passport.Knowledge of Marketing Automation Software, Salesforce, email design and Adobe Photoshop is preferred.Knowledge of landscape lighting and/or irrigation design, products, applications and markets in the industry is preferred.What We Offer:

The hourly rate for this opportunity ranges from $21.50 to $33.00

The Company complies with all federal/local/state regulations in regard to pay. The above represents the expected hourly range for this job requisition. Compensation offered to the successful candidate will be determined by qualifications, prior experience, other job-related factors, and geographic location.
