JOB DESCRIPTION:

Newmark is looking for a Proposal/Creative Writer to craft compelling long- and short-form copy that directly supports the firm's Global Corporate Services (GCS) - our integrated global platform which provides seamless, beginning to end corporate services solutions, such as real estate account management, transaction management, consulting, program management and facility management, to clients worldwide. While keeping the bigger picture in mind, the Proposal/Creative Writer will use their expertise in storytelling to craft highly persuasive and succinct copy. They will have exceptional command of spelling and grammar, an unparalleled eye for detail and will understand how language translates into design.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:Meet with senior-level professionals and subject matter experts to both generate customized content and organize existing content into a compelling business case or proposal for each opportunity assigned (Requests for Proposals [RFPs], Requests for Information [RFIs], Requests for Qualifications [RFQs])Manage the proposal development process including evaluating requirements, developing content, formulating clear/succinct/effective responses and complying with all solicitation requirementsCompose and edit materials for all new business pursuits, including presentations, proposals, research papers and business correspondenceCraft clear and compelling written materials for campaigns and communications across print, digital and multimedia platformsCreate other specialized materials as requested to support initiativesEdit, create and review existing response database, case studies, brochures, thought leadership, blogs, etc.Work with Creative Director and Strategic Marketing Lead to develop copy that is on-brand, on-strategy and verbally, as well as visually, resonantCollaborate with the Global Corporate Services marketing teamTeam and internal customer service focusedPerform other duties as assignedSKILLS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Graduate or undergraduate degree in English, Communications or a related fieldReal Estate experience preferredMinimum 10+ years of writing experienceExceptional written, analytical and conceptual abilitiesOutstanding written and verbal communication and presentation skillsPassion for producing intelligent, creative and cohesive workAbility to carry projects from conception to completionDemonstrated ability to balance short-term, deadline-oriented assignments and long-term, ongoing projectsAbility to work effectively in a team environment and manage self (in an office environment and remotely)Expert-level skills in MS Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook, as well as Adobe Acrobat.Advanced document management skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailBe motivated with a positive attitudeBenefits and Perks:
