The Marketing Coordinator is an invaluable member of our team, assisting in all aspects of the Long Center's marketing efforts with touchpoints across internal departments as well as media companies, community partners, touring artist teams, and more. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment while advancing the Long Center's mission. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Assist the team in implementation of event, institutional, and fundraising marketing campaigns.Manage day-to-day social media execution including community engagement, monitoring, and drafting and scheduling of posts and short-form video for Assistant Director's approval. Provide event-based live social media coverage as needed.Review and analyze social media metrics and performance regularly with Assistant Director. Keep up with trends and make recommendations as needed.Act as the Marketing team's first point-of-contact for onsite events, tabling opportunities, media/photographer escort, and other event-related needs.Assist in keeping cross-departmental systems up to date including project management software and editorial calendar.Submit invoices, ensure budget trackers are up to date, and prepare ad packs for show settlements.Support copywriting efforts as needed including promotional copy (radio, email, etc.), long-form blogs, and press releases, keeping Long Center tone & voice in mind.Assist in organization of photos and graphics for cross-departmental use.Coordinate ordering and implementation of on-site printed marketing collateral, including assisting with signage ordering and placement.Add events to community calendars and research and solicit support from other appropriate partners such as event sites, influencers, etc.Organize and facilitate marketing needs and requests cross-departmentally such as collecting ticket links, supporting sponsorship fulfillment efforts, etc.Take an active role in brainstorming marketing strategies with a willingness to suggest ideas and improvements.Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned.Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)2 years of relevant marketing experience.Experience in live events, arts, or nonprofit industries a plus.Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field is preferred.Self-motivated with impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate effectively to a diverse group of people, both internally and externally.Working knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Instagram, TikTok, X, and LinkedIn, including drafting and scheduling posts. Experience with Sprout a plus.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Airtable, or Tessitura a plus.Physical Demands and Work EnvironmentThis is a hybrid role with some in-office days, occasional evening and weekend event participation, and an opportunity for remote work. In addition to salary, The Long Center offers robust benefits to all full-time employees including:
