What You'll Be Doing
Strategic Leadership - Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. Make high level decisions to enhance the customer and community experience. Manage public relations efforts and oversee agency partnerships.
Brand Management & Planning - Build and implement annual marketing plans, with full ownership of the marketing budget. Maintain and oversee the integrity of the Tacodeli brand across all channels. Ensure consistency in messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials and campaigns.
Team Management - Lead and inspire the internal marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Campaign Development and Execution - Design and execute marketing campaigns aimed at driving customer acquisition, retention and engagement. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, making data-driven adjustments to achieve optimal outcomes.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or equivalent related experienceHands on leader that is comfortable wearing multiple hats (strategic and tactical) and operating in a high-energy, fast-paced environment5+ years of experience in a leadership position, within the multi-unit restaurant or hospitality industryData driven marketer with solid understanding of key metrics and experience in measuring, analyzing, and optimizing performanceStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneouslyStrong understanding of digital platforms and technology, and integration into an organizationExperience with standard marketing tools, funnels, analytic systems, and KPIsExperience managing and optimizing a consumer facing app to drive salesProactive leader who take a problem-solving approach to handling issues, self motivated, strong communicationProficient with MS Word, Excel, OutlookHave a deep love of tacos and award winning salsas!!!Have fun at work!!
