Associate Director, Video Investments , you will provide investment stewardship across paid Video media channels, including Linear TV, Connected TV/Streaming and Addressable TV. In this role, you will manage the investments to ensure a consistent go-to-market approach and create synergies with our media strategy to exceed campaign KPIs.To help with this, we’re looking for an outstanding

Associate Director – someone who can win the hearts of clients, inspire their teammates, and skillfully juggle multiple Video channels for a new piece of CPG business.We are seeking a leader who will bring an innovative approach to buying, endless curiosity to identify new opportunities and an ability to achieve value through strong partner negotiation. You will be able to speak fluently to channel buying tactics; often acting as a representative of the full media investment team to clients and the marketplace.Day to day your role includes:Manage, optimize, and expand programs for all video channels to maximize the profitability of the marketing spend.Oversee the work of a team, managing workflow and providing strategic guidance and oversight. Responsible for overseeing client performance & delivery across the portfolio of their brands..Support VP/Group Director as a central point of contact for clients and internal teams for the broader Video investment portfolio.Speak fluently to multiple Video channels – Linear, Streaming & AddressableLeverage historic analytics/performance to validate investment strategies, inform tactical decisions and exhibit ongoing willingness to optimization performance for campaign success.Build and foster strong partnerships with relevant media partners in the Video ecosystem (i.e. TV networks, streaming partners, etc.)Bring innovative solutions and out of the box thinking to partners and clients.Work withn teams to troubleshoot and quickly problem solve campaign management issues as they arise, as well as effectively partner with Account Management teams to appropriately communicate issues with clients.Manage and maintain relationships with internal practice leads and full investment team (up to 5+ people)Be a leader through strength and stability -- functioning as a point of escalation for clients and team members as needed.This position reports to the VP/Group Director, Video Investments.Qualifications

8+ years of media planning and buying experience, with a strong focus on performance mediaBachelor's degree or higher, with a concentration in advertising, marketing, business administration, communications, or equivalentAnalytical background – comfort with data and numbers3+ years of people managing experience, overseeing five or more reports in an account management/client services teamDeep industry relationships with ad tech firms, brand teams, and publisher partnersExcellent negotiation skills and understanding of how to add incremental value and communicate that to our clientsStrong communication and writing skills—you’re poised, precise, and above all, kind when engaging with othersAble to package, merchandise, and sell in concepts and new opportunitiesStrategic thinking and able to see the bigger pictureSelf-starter with ability to work independently and in a collaborative team setting
