Since its inception in 2000, NTCIC has provided over $2 billion in capital for more than 200 tax credit investment transactions, representing more than $8 billion in total development costs.WORK OBJECTIVESNTCIC seeks an ambitious Marketing Coordinator to support our overall marketing efforts. This role is pivotal in the creation, execution, tracking, and optimization of our digital, social media and general marketing campaigns. The Marketing Coordinator will produce media content and coordinate events for NTCIC and its affiliates. This role requires a self-motivated, proactive individual who can generate creative ideas and is well-versed in specialized marketing concepts, principles, and tactics.DUTIESDigital Media Coordination (Email & Social)Under direction of Director of Marketing & Communications, develop social media (with focus areas of LinkedIn and Twitter/X) and email content based on an established calendar; design accompanied social media assets (image, text);Routinely report on performance based on key performance indicatorsManage a production schedule to include current events, company information, impact data, and evergreen contentTrack and schedule content through digital media management platforms (Hootsuite, Constant Contact, AgoraPulse, or similar)Identify, collaborate, and coordinate areas of potential growth or content creationCopywritingAssist with drafting and copyediting of public-facing marketing materials, including policy-related correspondence, blog posts, press releases, industry articles, and website informationResearch past and future company investments to further develop storytelling opportunitiesMaintain active library of written materials, identifying opportunities for contentAssist with the writing and organization of project investment profiles on website and in other formats to demonstrate the breadth and depth of our impactsEvent CoordinationTrack and coordinate needs related to company events, conferences and sponsorshipsCoordinate with Operations & Office Manager on the management of company-wide events calendarMaintain existing inventory of branded items and collateral for events and research new opportunitiesAd ReportingOversee the management and reporting of company Google Ads and Google Analytics accountCreative/DesignAssist in the procurement and organization of before and after photos for projects on company shared driveCollaborate on overall graphic design needs for the company (print, online)Provide support for PowerPoint presentations, webinars, and company training manualsMaintain an organized digital photo libraryWebsite AdministrationAttend bi-weekly meetings with 3rd party website administrators, providing suggestions and ideas for areas of improvementAssist in the regular posting of content to and general administration of company websitesGeneral AdministrationAssist with Salesforce CRM administration to ensure up-to-date contact informationSupport the Director of Marketing & Communications for any scheduling and expense reporting needsDevelop and manage corporate templatesAttend meetings and collaborate with marketing teams from affiliate organizationsQUALIFICATIONSDegree in marketing, communications, or equivalent plus 3 or more years of relevant experienceExceptional proofreading skills for grammar, accuracy, and company toneIn-depth knowledge of Twitter/X, LinkedIn, and other social media best practicesTalent for creative writing and adapting language, format, and style for various media and audiencesStrong research and analytical skills, coupled with project management and planning skillsProven knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO, keyword research, and web traffic metricsExperience working in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite programs, specifically Acrobat, Photoshop, InDesign, & IllustratorExperience clearly and precisely expressing complex ideas in written and graphical formAdaptability and flexibility in working across a dispersed and dynamic work environmentSelf-motivated, confident, energetic, and creativeKnowledge, experience, or interest in historic preservation, commercial real estate, real estate development, community development and/or renewable energy finance a plus.Salary Range: $70,000-85,000Location: Washington, DC area (Remote Possible)The National Trust Community Investment Corp. is an equal opportunity organization and does not discriminate based on race, color, religion, national origin, sex, age, sexual orientation, veteran status, or disability.
