The Freedom House Music team exists to serve the mission of the church by the application and display of our musical skills, to the glory of God alone.

by organizing and directing members of the Music team, in such a way that motivates the church to worship.Job Description
Qualifications:The leader of the Music team must display outward conduct that is indicative of an inward transformation by the saving grace of Jesus Christ.The leader of the Music team must reflect a strong commitment to excellence in their initiative and supervision.The leader of the Music team must agree and align with all parts of the Freedom House Statement of Faith, as well as the Freedom House Mission Statement.This individual must demonstrate a clear ability to work in a team-oriented setting, coordinating team members and communicating with other team leaders.This individual must display proficiency in leading worship vocally , and ideally with the ability to lead worship instrumentally.This individual must exhibit past experience or knowledge of leading corporate worship in a contemporary setting , with a preference towards modern musical genres.This individual must reflect sufficient availability to communicate with Freedom House elders, leadership and team members .Responsibilities:Lead the congregation in engaging and edifying corporate worship through song during Sunday morning gatherings at Freedom House.Lead the Music team throughout the week, by planning, scheduling and coordinating with other team members to practice and rehearse in preparation for Sundays.Communicate and coordinate with other Freedom House leadership regarding the selection of songs, ordering of events during the Sunday gathering, and similar decisions of both practical and theological importance.Actively recruit and train new members of the Music team.Lead and/or coordinate musical components of occasional Freedom House events outside the normal weekly gathering.Compensation:On a 12-month agreement , the Music team leader will be compensated at $12/hour , with the expectation of approximately 8 hours of weekly responsibilities.Additionally, a residential provision is available for discussion, whereby local housing would be included as a component of the agreement.How To Apply Interested candidates may apply via Indeed.com (https://www.indeed.com/job/music-team-leader-94e527fcd5b09885) or by emailing a resume to freedomhousehamilton@gmail.comNon-Denominational church in Lincoln Park, New Jersey is hiring a Associate Director of WorshipThe Pastor of Worship serves as champion, communicator and pastoral advisor for worship experiences including online worship.FBC Lanett is hiring a full-time Associate Pastor of Music and MissionsThis person will serve as primary administrator of the Worship and Creative Arts ministries of the church.The CFCW worship leader/administrator will provide leadership our church's music ministry and administration.Baptist: SBC church in Collinsville, Mississippi is hiring a Pastor of Worship
