The Marketing and Operations Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting both the marketing and operations teams. This position requires a versatile individual with strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for renewable energy. The ideal candidate will be able to juggle multiple tasks, collaborate effectively across departments and with remote workers, and contribute to both the strategic and operational goals of the company.Key Responsibilities:Marketing and Sales:Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and content marketing.Manage communications with clients and ensure the process and flow of sales.Manage the company's social media accounts, creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance metrics.Coordinate the production of marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and promotional items.Support the planning and execution of events, trade shows, and webinars.Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential growth opportunities.Maintain and update the company's website and blog, ensuring content is fresh, relevant, and optimized for SEO.Operations:Assist in the coordination of daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and effective communication across departments.Participate in daily standup meetings with remote resources to stay up to date with the team's workflow.Help manage inventory, procurement, and logistics to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.Support project management efforts by tracking progress, updating timelines, and coordinating with team members.Implement, improve, and maintain operational processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing documents.Basic Financial Operations:Maintain our organized billing system to ensure accurate and timely invoicing. This includes setting up and managing customer accounts, processing payments, and resolving billing discrepancies. Ensure all billing activities comply with company policies and financial regulations.Prepare and distribute monthly financial reports to customers, providing clear and concise information on their account status, usage, and any outstanding balances.
