Marketing & Social Media CoordinatorWe are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our fast-growing home service brand that is disrupting the floor coatings industry. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in a wide range of marketing functions, including communications, branding & design, digital, and social media. The marketing coordinator must be an organized multitasker, able to handle many diverse projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
This role is onsite in Carmel, IN.The Marketing Coordinator will be part of a fun & collaborative team that is helping to lead Lifetime Green Coatings into the next evolution of growth.Essential Job Functions:Develop Lifetime Green Coatings annual content and promotional calendarDesign unique and engaging national and local social media content that sets us apart from the competitionDesign digital assets and offline collateralLead the implementation and use of our social media management platformDevelop written content for blogs, website pages, email marketing and moreSupport the marketing team and franchisees with marketing onboarding, ad plan development, training and vendor partner activitiesDevelop marketing training resources for franchise ownersAnalyze marketing ROI by listening to and tracking lead callsRespond to all marketing related help desk tickets in a timely mannerWork closely with our marketing, operations and learning & development teams to ensure alignment with brand prioritiesBecome an expert in our customers, competitors, and industrySpecial marketing projects and support as neededSkill Requirements:2 years of experience in B2C marketing; B2B experience is also a plusExperience developing, designing and posting creative, engaging social content including videosExperience with graphic design, Adobe Creative Suite preferredExcellent writing and grammatical skills including social content, blogs, web pages, email marketing and moreExceptional problem-solving skillsExcellent organizational skillsCustomer service orientedSelf-motivatedAbility to multitask and prioritize workload under pressureExcellent teamwork and time management skillsAdvertising/marketing agency or similar experience is a plusFranchisor marketing experience a plusHome service marketing experience is a plusProficiency in the use of Google Suite, HubSpot, Canva, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat, social media management platforms, and email marketing platforms is desiredBachelor's degreeAbout Us:Lifetime Green Coatings is an emerging franchise brand with 50 locations across the country and growing.
