THIS IS AN IN OFFICE ONLY POSITION.To be a key player in our marketing team from preparing proposals for a diverse cross section of clients to collaborations on marketing materials for conferences, business development and social media.Be a part of our production and coordination of RFQs and RFPs responses in collaboration with firm leadership.Request, collect, and organize information from consultant teams for interviews and proposals.Ensure proposal compliance, responsiveness, and submission formatParticipate in marketing weekly meetings and strategy sessionsAssist and assist with development of marketing content for all aspects of marketing including conferences, social media, business development, interviews and proposals.Prepare and maintain standard resumes and project fact sheet descriptions and related materialMaintain and organize data needed for proposals and qualifications, project sheets and all other marketing materials.Identify opportunities for design awards and prepare award submissionsAssist with writing press releases, project descriptions, and other communicationsMaintain and track print and digital media materials used for all aspects of marketingSupport to other activities for the marketing and business developmentIf interested, please send resumes and portfolios to: jobs@
