Leverage a holistic approach to integrate various initiatives into a cohesive narrative that tells the story of UJV.Co-op Marketing and Social Media : Elevate and optimize UJV's co-op marketing program, creating strategic partnerships that amplify brand presence and drive mutual growth.Product Marketing and Website Management : Drive product marketing initiatives and oversee content and enhancements on the website to align with UJV's goals.Integrated Campaigns : Create unified marketing campaigns that reflect UJV's brand persona across all channels.Team and Project Management:Team and Partnership Oversight : Lead, mentor, and manage UJV's marketing team while overseeing relationships with external partners, including PR firms. Ensure that all team members and partners are aligned with UJV's goals and strategies.Project Execution and Operations : Oversee marketing operations, ensuring timely project completion, cross-departmental collaboration, and effective use of the marketing calendar.Performance and Budget Management : Monitor KPIs, report on marketing performance, and manage the budget to maximize ROI.Innovation and Continuous Improvement:Website and Trend Integration : Enhance the website and incorporate industry trends and new technologies to keep UJV at the forefront of the luxury travel market.Continuous Innovation : Continuously seek out opportunities for improvement in all aspects of the marketing strategy.
