This individual will support the Marketing and IT team from the projects pre-construction phase through operations, and sale; overseeing the development and execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with our organizational goals. Related is looking for a Director of digital marketing to optimize its market potential by driving awareness and demand through digital channels. The ideal candidate will use their knowledge of user experience, website design, SEO, SEM, lead generation and digital promotional marketing to drive traffic and conversions. This role develops and executes the digital marketing strategy, overseeing tactical operations to boost product demand, drive sales, explore new sales channels, increase website traffic, and enhance the company's online presence.Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Strategy Development: Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies in collaboration with marketing, sales, management, and IT that align with overall business goals, drive measurable growth, and meet KPIs.Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels that are compelling and resonate with our target audience. Including search engines, social media, email, and display advertising.Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics to measure, report, and improve the performance of digital marketing campaigns. Leverage insights to drive decision-making and strategy adjustments.Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of digital marketing specialists and third-party agencies. Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment by communicating effectively, actively listening, and developing partnerships.Budget Management: Develop and manage the digital marketing budget. Allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI and achieve marketing objectives.Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape. Apply this knowledge to enhance digital marketing strategies and drive results.Content Strategy: Oversee the creation and distribution of high-quality, engaging content that drives brand awareness, audience engagement and achieves marketing goals.
