Hyde Park Capital's Marketing Manager will manage, develop and expand our marketing strategy to promote HPC and identify and attract investment banking transaction opportunities. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in outbound and inbound marketing including digital marketing, expertise with social media including LinkedIn, website development and management experience, advertising and PR experience, and possess a creative mindset, and demonstrate strong leadership skills. This role is crucial in driving Hyde Park Capital's continued growth and ensuring our marketing efforts remain high quality, competitive and innovative.Objectives:Lead marketing initiatives to deliver effective programs that achieve company objectives and generate new business.Assist with initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.Support the development and execution of sales and marketing materials, adapting strategies to maximize impact.Responsibilities:Manage and enhance the company's online presence, including the website and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Leadfeeder, ).Coordinate public relations and outreach initiatives, including media releases, awards, company announcements, and conference speaker proposals.Manage email and LinkedIn marketing for the firmUtilize the DealCloud CRMSchedule, produce, and distribute marketing and branding materials, such as social media posts, articles, blog posts, M&A reports, deal and other announcements, press releases, newsletters, and holiday cards/emails.Plan and implement marketing campaigns for brand building and lead generationHelp manage outside marketing eventsContribute to lead-generation activities, including media promotion, SEO, social media management.Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, and leverage this knowledge to keep our marketing strategies innovative and competitive.Develop and refine marketing strategies, including campaign analysis, marketing ROI, and social media engagement.Improve efficiency and productivity in outbound marketing programs.Manage third-party contractors for website development, distribution, graphic design, and other marketing services.Actively manage SEO efforts and optimize best practices.Create and implement paid and unpaid advertising campaigns.Maintain a positive, proactive attitude and exemplify strong professionalism and work ethic.Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.Required Skills and Qualifications:5+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record in leadership roles.Hands-on experience in developing marketing and advertising content from idea to execution and analysis of results.Strong understanding of marketing principles, including SEO, PPC, and social media.Experience managing mass email marketing campaigns and preserving domain scores.Proven success in a fast-paced environment, working both individually and as a team member.Exceptional communication and presentation skills.Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines.Detail-oriented and organized.2+ years of experience using a CRM (e.g., Salesforce, DealCloud, Outreach.io).Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and LinkedIn.Basic knowledge of WordPress website functionality and/or willingness to learnSelf-motivated with the discipline to work independently.Willingness and demonstrated ability to independently learn, research, and solve problems.Preferred Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or a related field.Graphic design skills.Experience in digital marketing, content development, social media management, advertising, PR, and website design.Established media contacts.2+ years of experience using online data providers (e.g., ZoomInfo, Seamless.io, SourceScrub).Optional- Professional certification (e.g., Professional Certified Marketer).Benefits:Competitive salary: $80,000 - $90,000 annuallyHealth, dental, and vision insurance coverage.10 days of PTO annually (accrued) plus NYSE holiday scheduleHoliday pay and a paid Give Back Day.Quarterly team-building events and happy hours.
