Our firm is based in Brentwood with projects in Los Angeles, Aspen, Sun Valley, Sonoma and New York. We strive to provide exceptional service to our clients by creating timeless interiors that are tailored, with attention paid to every detail.We are currently looking to enhance our team with a seasoned Office/Project Manager. This is an ideal position for a dynamic individual who is diligent, organized and strives to produce excellent work. This position has flexible scheduling and is open to part time applicants with the ability to grow into full time. (Starting at 25 -30 hours a week).The Salary range is $65,000 - $120,000 per year based on experience and working hours. We also include a PTO and Bonus package to qualified candidates.Roles & ResponsibilitiesSupport Principal in managing interior construction and furnishing projects from concept to completion with high proficiency - ensuring the accuracy, timely installation, and quality of the overall design process.Lead FF&E procurement process, including product/material sourcing, receiving vendor quotes, client proposal preparation, client invoices, purchase orders, and timely payments.Manage all incoming/outgoing payments, invoices and Purchase Orders using Studio Designer Software and provide accurate financial reports for Principle (in collaboration with Book Keeper).Create and maintain client budgets, track and invoice for time billing, expenses, etc.Maintain project management through Studio Designer and conduct task delegation to ensure efficient workflow.Assist with on-site installations and site visits, working closely and effectively with vendors and contractors.Manage all phases of custom furniture and soft good production, including creating work orders, workroom visits, and quality control.Prepare and document schematic plans and construction/design documents (furniture schedules, etc). Facilitate outsourcing of design deliverables where necessary.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor's Degree or Certificate Preferred2+ years of experience in project management; Interior Design, Furniture Production or Construction.Proficient Experience with Studio DesignerExperience with Data & Project Management through Studio Designer (or similar - Asana, etc.)Highly organized with communication skills and basic understanding of industry standards are essential.Basic knowledge of Interior Design functions, construction documents, and prodcution procedures / terminology.Experience in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and other related space planning/rendering programs is a plus but not required.Must have a valid driver's license, own a reliable vehicle, and currently reside in the Los Angeles area.** Please also email a copy of your resume to office@kbstudio.la to have your application considered.
